- Does Portfolio OS require Project OS?
- No. It is stronger where the underlying initiatives are already structured in Project OS or Program OS, because the delivery evidence is consistent and comparable, but it is not sold as an add-on to either.
- Can Portfolio OS work with initiatives managed outside KnownShift?
- Yes. Initiatives run in other tools are brought into the portfolio during onboarding. KnownShift does not offer a live two-way integration with third-party delivery platforms, and says so rather than implying one.
