Most corporate training is delivered by facilitators who've never run the process being taught, so it produces frameworks participants can recite but not apply the following Monday to their actual, messy program. Our Approach

• Build every workshop around the participants' own live programs and real artifacts, not generic case studies.
• Keep workshops working sessions, not lectures: participants leave with a draft artifact (a RAID log, a governance charter, a stakeholder map) they can use immediately.
• Facilitate personally rather than handing delivery to a training team that hasn't run the programs being discussed.
• Follow up after the session, since a single workshop rarely changes behavior without at least one follow-up touchpoint to reinforce what was applied.

Methodology

• Scope: understand the specific delivery or governance problem the team is facing, and select or adapt workshop content to that problem rather than a generic curriculum.
• Prepare: request representative real artifacts from the team in advance so the working session can use live material, not hypotheticals.
• Facilitate: run the working session hands-on, producing a draft real artifact by the end rather than only presenting concepts.
• Reinforce: schedule a follow-up touchpoint two to four weeks out to check whether the artifact and behavior actually stuck.
