The Problem

Organizations routinely commit to a transformation, a new PMO, or a major AI initiative without ever establishing an honest, evidence-based baseline of where their actual delivery capability stands today. Methodology

• Scope: agree with sponsors on which parts of the organization and which capability dimensions the assessment covers, sized to the decision it needs to inform.
• Evidence gathering: structured interviews across delivery, PMO, governance, and technology functions, combined with direct review of real project artifacts and reporting data.
• Scoring: benchmark each dimension against the specific ambition under consideration - a transformation, a new PMO, an AI initiative - not a generic maturity model.
• Roadmap: translate the scored gaps into a prioritized, resourced plan for closing the two or three that matter most before commitment.
