Methodology

• Discovery: structured interviews with sponsors, delivery leads, and PMO staff; review of a representative sample of active project artifacts (charters, RAID logs, status reports).
• Diagnostic: capability assessment scored against delivery maturity dimensions, benchmarked to identify the 2-3 highest-leverage gaps rather than a long, undifferentiated list.
• Design: a target operating model - governance cadence, escalation paths, reporting templates, and resourcing model - sized to the organization's actual portfolio complexity.
• Embed: hands-on support through the first one to two delivery cycles under the new model, with adjustments made from real usage rather than theory.
