Methodology
How KnownShift forecasts and plans recovery
The KnownShift Delivery Forecast & Recovery Framework, KDFRF 1.0, which extends the free checker's KDPF 1.0 rather than replacing it.
This is an empirical flow-based delivery planning and recovery system. It is not a replacement for a full critical-path Schedule Risk Analysis, where detailed network activities, activity distributions, resource calendars, correlations and critical-path behaviour drive the completion date. Program mode models workstream delivery and stated finish-to-start dependencies; it is not a substitute for a dedicated schedule-risk engine.
